My socks haven't arrived — what should I do?

We're sorry your socks haven't arrived yet! Please contact our support team at howdy@footcardigan.com with your name and email address, and we'll track down your socks and make it right.

Helpful to include in your email:
- Your name and email address associated with your order
- Which month(s) of socks you're missing

For reference — our typical shipping schedule:
- Subscription socks are generally shipped between the 5th and 10th of each month
- Most subscription orders are sent via USPS First Class Flats, which do not include tracking numbers. They typically take 5-8 business days to arrive after shipping.
- Regular (non-subscription) orders ship within 48 hours
- Custom face socks take approximately 5 business days to process, plus 3-5 days for shipping
