My tracking link doesn't work

Most subscription orders are shipped via USPS First Class Flats, which do not include tracking. This is how we keep shipping free for subscribers.

If you received a shipping notification but the tracking link doesn't work or shows no information, it's likely because your order was shipped without tracking.

What to expect:
- Subscription socks typically arrive within 5-8 business days after shipping
- If it's been more than 15 days since your order was processed and you still haven't received your socks, please contact us at howdy@footcardigan.com
