Yes, you can pause your monthly subscription instead of canceling it.
To pause your subscription:
1. Sign in to your account at footcardigan.com/account
2. Find the subscription you want to pause
3. Click "Manage this Subscription"
4. Select "Pause Subscription"
While paused, you won't be charged or receive socks. You can resume your subscription at any time from the same page.
Note: Pausing is only available for monthly subscriptions. Prepaid subscriptions (6 or 12 months) cannot be paused, but they do not auto-renew — so they'll simply end when your term is complete.
