My gift recipient didn't receive their notification email

If the gift recipient hasn't received their notification email, try these steps:

  1. Check spam/junk folders — Gift notification emails sometimes end up there.
  2. Verify the email address — Make sure the email address you provided at checkout was correct.
  3. Contact us — Email howdy@footcardigan.com with your order number and the recipient's email address. We'll resend the notification right away.
