Manage it yourself, instantly
You can now do this yourself at manage.footcardigan.com. There is no account or password. Enter the email on your subscription and we will send you a one-time sign-in link that works for 2 hours. Gift recipients can sign in too, using the email their gift announcement was sent to.
If you are the gift giver, you can edit the recipient, the message, and the date the gift email is sent, right up until it goes out. You can also send it now.
Once the gift email has been sent, the message can no longer be changed.
Prefer us to do it? Email [email protected] with the gift recipient, the order number, and the new message and our team will take care of it.
