Cancel Subscription

Let me show you how to cancel your subscription by yourself online. Need more help, just send us an email and we will do it for you.

Step 1

Sign in to your Foot Cardigan account here.

Step 2

Find the subscription you would like to cancel and click on 'Manage this Subscription'

Step 3

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on 'Cancel Subscription'

Cancellation policy:

• For Pay Monthly subscribers, we’ll continue to charge your credit card and send socks to you every month until you cancel your subscription.
• We’ll stop sending socks the month immediately following your cancellation request.
• We must receive your cancellation 48 hours before subscription renewal to cancel your subscription the following month. If we receive your cancellation less than 48 hours before subscription renewal, then you will be charged for the following month and your subscription will be cancelled the month after.
